Are you not completely satisfied with your purchase? We are sorry to hear that. Because Luna & Lore is a small, independent company, we kindly ask you to shop consciously. We take great care in selecting, describing, and photographing our products so that you know exactly what you are ordering.

Would you still like to return something? You can do so within the legal cooling-off period of 14 days, provided your return meets the conditions below.

 

Return conditions

• You must report your return within 14 days of receipt by email (see below).
• The product must be returned in its original condition: unworn, undamaged, clean, and with the original label still attached to the garment.
• Items that show signs of use, damage, or dirt, or whose label has been removed, will not be accepted for return.
• Please ensure that the product is returned properly packaged.
• Returns must be sent with track & trace via PostNL. 

The shipping costs and risk of returning the product are at your own expense.

How to return an order:

1. Send an email to lunaandlorenl@gmail.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- The product you want to return
- The reason for your return
- The bank account number (IBAN) to which you want the amount refunded

2. You will receive the return address by email.
3. Pack the product carefully, preferably in the original shipping packaging.
4. Send the package via PostNL with Track & Trace to the address provided.
Keep the proof of shipment until your return has been processed.
5. After receiving and checking your return, we will refund the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) to the account number you provided within 7 working days, provided that all conditions have been met.
